Register Trademark

FTA Approved
Register your trademark in the UAE through a structured approval process that ensures brand protection, uniqueness, and full compliance with Ministry of Economy & Tourism regulations.

This service enables the registration of a new trademark in the UAE, where the application is examined to ensure that the mark is not identical or similar to any previously registered or submitted trademarks with the Ministry of Economy & Tourism.

Trademark registration in the UAE is essential for protecting your brand identity and preventing unauthorized use.

For trademarks related to controlled or regulated products, the relevant department verifies all required ministerial approvals before proceeding with registration.
