Fines will be imposed in the following cases:
If the publication fee is not paid within 30 days of receiving the acceptance decision:
AED 100 per month, up to AED 1,000 per year (calculated for any partial month)
If the final trademark registration fee is not paid within 30 days after the objection period:
AED 1,000 per month, up to AED 10,000 per year (calculated for any partial month)
If the trademark owner is located outside the UAE, the application must be submitted through a registered trademark agent

If the trademark application is rejected, an appeal can be submitted within 30 days of notification
